Appointment Etiquette 

  • Please come to your appointment alone, unless you and a family member are booked in after one another.

  • If you or a family member have been unwell please reschedule your appointment. 

  • Unfortunately we can not accommodate late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate our clients where possible or offer the next available appointment. If you are driving please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.

  • Cancellations within 24hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your 50% booking deposit.


Child Policy

Unfortunately our salon is not child friendly. I know it can be difficult to have them minded, but for safety reasons and to ensure we do the best job possible, we ask that children don’t accompany you to your appointment.
